We have availability for summer and fall for CCSU students. Apartments are located at 321 Paul Manafort Drive in New Britain, which is directly across the street from campus. Apartments are nicely remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath and occupied only by students. We only rent out entire apartments, not individual bedrooms. Each apartment can house 2 or 3 students. The rent is the same amount whether one, two or three students live in the apartment (one of the bedrooms is larger and can house one or two students while the smaller bedroom can house one student). Rent includes hot water, gas for the kitchen stove and internet. There is strong wifi coverage throughout the building (one cisco wifi antenna on each floor) and a video surveillance system in the hallways and outside for security. The building and apartments have keyless entry by use of touch keypads so students can come and go without worrying to remember to take any keys. There is a laundry room in the basement that you can pay for usage by downloading and using an app on your phone. You will not likely find apartments so affordable located this close to campus. We are much cheaper than dorms or The Bleu apartments next door. I only have six apartments in the building so availability will go quickly. Reach out to us today!
